Warm up (for those not going to zoom class)
4 minute amrap
10 high knees (both legs count as one)
10 shoulder taps
10 air squats

3 sets
1:00 on, 30 sec off
Wall Sit
Side plank, 30 sec per side
Lunge hold, 30 sec per side

4 rounds for time:
20 overhead lunges (10 per arm) alternating legs
10 pushup to plank jack (demo on instagram and facebook)
20 squat jacks (demo coming up)
10 rows per arm in the plank position
