Starting next Monday we will be adding an 830am class M-F (you can thank Sanjay)

What you will need:
– Set up by a door with access outside, garage, or outside
– A mat if needed for burpees
– Have your phone or something to time you
– A dumbbell, kettlebell, object you can grip

Warm up
Tabata- 20 sec on, 10 sec off x 2 rounds
– butt kickers
– toe tap to extend
– mountain climbers
– good mornings

We got a long one today 🙂
– Run 5 minutes (2:30 out, 2:30 back)
– 30 db snatch
– Run 4 minutes (2 out, 2 in)
– 20 burpees over db
– Run 3 minutes (1:30 out, 1:30 in)
– 30 db snatch
– Run 2 minutes (1 out, 1 in)
– 20 burpees over db
– Run 1 minute (30 out, 30 in)
– 30 db snatch
**30 minute time cap
