What you will need:
– DB, KB or object to press with one arm
– Something to jump over unless you have a box
– Yoga mat for sit-ups if on hard floor
– Barbell, DBs, Plate for clean and press (will have bodyweight option as well)

3 sets for quality (1 min on, 30 sec off)
– Crab walk forwards and backwards
– Single arm presses, switching at 30 sec
– Sit ups

Partner Workout (yes, it’s going to work)
20 minute AMRAP
Partner 1- completes 1 round of
– 15 clean and press
– 15 jump overs
Partner 2- jogging in place or around the room
