Wanted to give a heads up early enough for you to plan. Tomorrows workout will be at Diablo Vista Park (also known as Snake Park) If you want company I will be there at 930am. There is a giant hill at the back. We will be doing a 60 minute amrap, max times up and down.
To make it harder you can wear a weight vest or a heavy backpack. Every 3 minutes of the amrap(if you are on the way up) you will hit 15 air squats. If you come to do it at 930 we will make sure to stay far enough apart!!
